Mary In The Beginning Pillow Case - $20.00
Let's get started!! Whether you are the beginner sewist or the "I haven't used my machine in years" sewist, this class is for you. "In The Beginning" classes will be a series of learn to sew sessions where we will explore your sewing machine to see what it can do for you as well as make a variety of fun projects all while learninig the basics of sewing. Ages 10 to 100 are welcome to participate. After all, you're never too old to learn to sew!! Bring your sewing machine or use one of ours here at Neal's and we will get you started on an adventure towards endless possibilities.
Pillowcase: Getting down to basics we will cover the sewing machine parts and operation and make a fun burrito pillow case. (No you don't get to eat it, and there won't be burritos on it). You will need 3 coordinating fabrics, 3/4 Yd main fabric, 1/3 Yd for band and 1/8 Yd for accent strip, some thread, pins and scissors. That's it! Come have fun and see what you can do! Then check out other sessions.
